Come and join GCC Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, April 30th at 9:00AM. Please invite a brother…good food and fellowship around God’s word.
Our vision is to be the arms of God reaching out to people who do not know Christ personally. We also desire to welcome the children of God, who may have lost their way or who have no church home, to a warm loving setting for which they can come back to God.

The Holy Bible
We believe that the Bible containing the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally inspired Word of God, inerrant in the original writings, infallible and God-breathed, the final authority for faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Matthew 5:18; John 16:12,13)
The Godhead
We believe in the Triune God, eternally existing in three Persons—Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Godhead is co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, and co-equal in glory. Each member of the Godhead possesses the same attributes and perfections. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. We believe in the Holy Spirit as a divine person, distinct from the Father and the Son. (Genesis 1:26; 11:3; Deut. 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2; Mark 12:29; Luke 3:21-22; John 1:14, 10:30; Acts 5:3-4; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Colossians 2:9; 1 Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 1:1-3; Rev. 1:4-6)
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. We believe that Jesus Christ died for the sins of mankind and that His death was sufficient for humanities redemption. We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into heaven and into his present ministry for us as High Priest and Advocate. (Isaiah 7:14; Matthews 1:20-25; Philippians 2:5-11; 1 Timothy 1:15, Hebrews 4:14-15, 1 John 2:2)
God the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, fully divine. He inspired holy men of old to write the Scriptures. Through illumination He enables men to understand truth. He exalts Christ. He convicts men of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. He calls men to the Saviour, and effects regeneration. At the moment of regeneration He baptizes every believer into the Body of Christ. He cultivates Christian character, comforts believers, and bestows the spiritual gifts by which they serve God through His church. He seals the believer unto the day of final redemption. His presence in the Christian is the guarantee that God will bring the believer into the fullness of the stature of Christ. He enlightens and empowers the believer and the church in worship, evangelism, and service. (Genesis 1:2; Judges 14:6; Job 26:13; Isaiah 61:1-3; Matthew 1:18; 12:28-32; 28:19; John 4:24; 14:16-17,26; 15:26; 16:7-14; Acts 1:8; 2:1-4,38; Romans 8:9-11,14-16,26-27; 1 Corinthians 2:10-14, 12:3-11,13;1 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21)
Man
We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that in Adam’s sin the race fell, inherited a sinful nature, and became alienated from God; and, that man is totally depraved and, of himself, utterly unable to remedy his lost condition. (Genesis 1:26-27; Psalm 14:2-3; Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:1-3, 12)
Salvation
We believe that salvation is a gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who shed His blood and rose again that our sins might be forgiven, and that we might have eternal life. (Ephesians 1:7, 2:8-10; Romans 5:6-11; John 1:12; 1 Peter 1:18-19)
We believe that once saved all the redeemed are kept by God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever. We believe that believers should rejoice in the assurance of their salvation through the testimony of God’s Word. Christians are forbidden to use Christian liberty as an occasion to fulfill sinful desires.
(John 10:25-30; Romans 13:13, 14, Galatians 5:13; Titus 2:11-14) Though the saved one may have occasion to grow in the realization of his blessings and to know a fuller measure of divine power through the yielding of his life more fully to God, he is, as soon as he is saved, in possession of every spiritual blessing and absolutely complete in Christ. (1 Corinthians 3:21-23; Ephesians 1:3; Colossians 2:9-10; 2 Timothy 1:12; 2 Peter 1:2-3; 1 John 2:20, 27)
The Great Commission
We believe that the Great Commission is the explicit message of our Lord Jesus Christ to those whom He has saved that they are sent forth by Him into the world to make known Christ to the whole world. (Matthew 28:18-19; John 17:18; Acts 1:8).
The Church
We believe that the Church, which is the body and the espoused bride of Christ, is a spiritual organism made up of all born again persons from the day of Pentecost to the catching-up of Christ’s body to be with Him forever. We believe that the establishment and continuance of local churches is clearly taught and defined in the New Testament Scriptures. Believers are encouraged to unite with a Bible-believing church. We recognize the ordinances of water baptism and the Lord’s Supper as scriptural means of testimony for the Church in this age. (Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2: 41-42; 13:1-4, 14:27,15:19-31, 18:8, 20:28, Romans 16:1,4-5; 1 Corinthians 3:9, 16; 5:4-7, 13; 11:23-26, 1 Timothy 3:1-15, Titus 1:5-11, Hebrews 10:23-25; 1 Peter 5:1-4).

To fulfill the mission we have as ambassadors of Christ among the nations. Our duty involves taking the Good News locally and supporting local and foreign ambassadors as they spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
To joyfully come together and honor God for who He is, acknowledging the miraculous deeds He has done and giving thanks for His continuing work in the world.
To challenge Christians to accept the responsibility to minister to those God places in our paths and to do their part in winning them to Christ.
To transform those who never understood the purpose of the church into members who recognize their gifts and accept their calling as it pertains to the will of God.
To present a warm, non-traditional environment that demonstrates love, humility, and integrity and servant hood from the pulpit to the door.
Ministry – To teach the Word of God in relevant ways that can be easily understood and applied to life.
